This place lives up to its name! Animal lovers will especially like it as there are numerous hens and cats, plus turtles in a range of sizes. The room/bathroom is an outhouse at the bottom of an artfully overgrown garden (the host, Moon, is a knowledgeable gardener) and the kitchen is an annex at the other end - with a table and loungers in between. A wonderfully relaxing spot. Thank you Moon for your recommendations for good local beaches and a truly amazing oyster restaurant. Also for sharing your passion for music with us. What a room - stuffed with memorabilia, especially relating to the mighty The Who. Thank you you old French rocker! We hope to be back.

A great hotel close to the beach, town and restaurants. It is ideal for long-distance cyclists riding the Velodyssee Euro Velo cycle route with secure bicycle storage. The buffet breakfast is fabulous with a wide choice of good quality food. The hotel is good value and highly recommended.

Location perfect as we wanted to be at the harbour beside restaurants. Parking was handy in local underground car park as it is a difficult area to find parking in. Classic French breakfast in small breakfast room at rear of property was €8 each. We ate at their restaurant and it was excellent! Busy place but staff superb. Great value for our one night stay in a great location.

Flexible check in, changed dates a few times and had to shorten stay. Still very friendaly and flexible staff!! Great breakfast with lots of choice and fresh products.
