Whole thing excellent. Called us to check arrival time. Quite late so they waited for us. So helpful and friendly. 3 pets 2 rooms. All as good as it gets.

Liked NOTHING AT ALL. This was the worst hotel we have ever had the misfortune to stay in. The room was no bigger than a cabin on a cross channel ferry. If you sat on the edge of the bed you could not open the door. The bathroom did not smell good. Again it was smaller than a cross channel ferry bathroom.
There was only one pillow and reception insisted there were 2!!
We booked bed and breakfast- on arrival we received a receipt for same.
When we tried to have breakfast early the following morning the rude staff would not allow us because they insisted we had not paid, even showing them the printed receipt was no good. We had a very long drive ahead so we stormed out without breakfast. RUDE INCOMPETENT STAFF AND DREADFUL HOTEL.
Booking. Com doesn’t care nor does Kyriad hotels care about their guests.

But it is situated close to Bordeaux, it’s very calm and quiet there. The perfect balance between the price and the quality. The room is small but for 2 persons it’s ok, the mattress is comfortable, for me is very important that there are jalouisie and blind out on the window. It’s very quiet in the room. There is kettle also.

This hotel is definitely worth a visit, especially if you want to explore Bordeaux as the transport links are great. The locked car park was also good as it gave peace of mind for safety of the motorbike.
