The property is a stunning, traditional French chateau, set in beautiful gardens and amidst tall pine trees and forests. Our room was upstairs, furnished in authentic style suiting the history of the home. It was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. The bathroom had a shower over the bath and although toiletries and hairdryer were not supplied, hot water was plentiful. Our delightful hostess Celine, was friendly and welcoming and served a delicious breakfast of homemade pastries, jams, juice, yoghurt, tea and coffee. Dinner was not available but Celine recommended a restaurant in a nearby village.
