Restaurant was very good as was breakfast and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a stopover for us on way to Italy just ten minutes or so off main road so worked well.

Was surprised to find such a nice hotel in that small village, Few rooms but mine was nicely set, well renovated with a huge bathroom, clean and confortable, quiet even with windows on the road. The great plus is that you are above the 1 star Michelin restaurant so you are sure to spend a great evening. Also near to Chambord, so great location for the Loire valley chateaux. Great value considering the reasonable price of the room.

The bathtub plug was missing, the tap was locked and supplied the water to the shower only. Cold, it took whole day until the temperature inside was acceptable as the heating system(electric radiator) was inefficient. The temperature in the corridor not much different from outside

Lovely couple running the place; super friendly and welcoming. Great choice of breakfast items and good quality etc. (Be aware that you eat together at a big dining table.) I think its also important to remember this is and 18th century chateau - so not a super slick, modern building etc. Very impressive none the less !
