The house is well-designed, new, comfortable, and better than the pictures :-) The host is friendly and helpful. The location is very close to the lake, with a lot of natural things. You can easily drive to any nearby places, easy parking. Highly recommend it!

La Prairie is, in my opinion, a two star hotel with dinner and breakfast included in the price.
The rooms are one story up. There is no lift. Bed is OK but not great. They provide sheets (you have to make the bed yourself) but not towels.
Dinner is served at 8 p.m. sharp. If you’re in the bar, halfway through your drink, you’re kindly but firmly ushered into the dining room. The meal is a main course, in our case a paella-type dish (quite good and plentiful!) and dessert. Wine is included. There are no options, what they’re serving is what you get. How they handle vegetarians/vegans I have no idea. Dessert was a, also very good, baked Alaska-type dish.
Breakfast is typical French: Coffee, orange juice, bread, butter, jellies, corn flakes, and several different yoghurts. There is no ham, cheese, eggs, croissants, etc.
The Hotel Bel Angle is situated in les Angles ski resort, in the Eastern Pyrenees just 150 metres from the cable cars. The hotel offers panoramic views of Lac de Matemale.
