It was a great stay in Chevannes. The accommodation is idyllic. The accommodation is very clean, historic, modern and lovingly maintained. You feel wonderfully welcome. The breakfast is rich and lovingly prepared. There is homemade jam, which is especially good. The garden is flowery and beautiful. Thank you it was very great!

This has the potential to be a very nice gite as it is spacious inside and reasonably private. The kitchen is well equipped, has plentiful shelves and the beds are wide and comfortable. However the owner has passed the management over to an Agency and this is its major defect. (See below). Note that it does NOT have a working wifi internet connection.

This was an impressive building which is being brought back to its original grandeur by its owners. There was ample free parking and a lovely back garden to enjoy strolling amongst the trees, shrubs and spring bulbs. Our bedroom was very comfortable & clean as was the en-suite bathroom. It was a short stroll to the delightful town centre - we regretted not having longer to explore and will return again.

Location is great for the old town with restaurants and bars as well as wonderful architecture. Comfy beds and nice bar where we had a drink before bed. Nice bathroom. High ceilings.
