I was not able to use the place as expected.
I was not able to use the place as expected. I made the reservation on march 2nd but was unable to get in touch with the host for the property. I waited until the 3rd when I called the number showing on the confirmation reply. I called six time to no avail. I there fore left a message saying that I had to cancel the reservation to look for other sleeping arrangement. Finally, late in the evening, I received a call after my cancelation, but it was too late. I asked the person that I had left them a message to cancel and asked for an email to confirm my request. I did not get the email. Disliked · Therefore, I expect a full credit for the charges and a confirmation for it.
