We had private use of sitting room and small patio which was very much appreciated. The property is in a lovely suburban neighbourhood (but about 4kms from town), which suited us. Our host was welcoming, and unobtrusive, & the breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

We booked a double room and got exactly as booked. It faced the city, had lovely large windows which let in loads of light but also great curtains that blocked the light so you could sleep. It was lovely to have a kettle and a fridge and the bathroom was clean and a nice size. The hotel was well placed in the city and easy to access everything. The parking although separate was an easy walk and secure. Metz was a joy to visit and the hotel felt safe and welcoming.

Staff were extremely nice from memory. They dealt quickly with a power outage which hsppened as I was getting my stuff from the car. I didn't have breakfast.

The hotel provided a Splendid breakfast and evening dining restaurant where the service was exemplary. It is set in a quiet rural area whilst providing easy access to major road networks and the cultural heart of Metz . The staff were courteous, helpful and welcoming particularly Emilie and Chloe on reception. As first point of contact to visitors they were exceptional .

Very nice city with a very old and beautiful center. Interesting to visit. Lots of places with Christmas fairs and vinery is nearby with a good choice of vine. Short distance to Luxembourg - very good place to stay.
