The gite itself is smallish but has everything you need. Having bikes was fantastic! We loved cycling to the Boulangerie to get breakfast and being so close to the sea for walks was brilliant. quiet and totally safe for children.

Morsalines is a historic village with links to past naval battles and WW2. It is close to Utah beach and fortifications of that era. It has an ancient church and is close to other sites of interest. There are several good restaurants nearby; La Pernelle, La Chaumiere and Cafe de Paris..
