Superb location. The riverside mill is extremely picturesque. It is tastefully decorated blending old-world charm with modern comfort and convenience. Nothing is too much trouble for Michel (the owner), who came out in the cold/wet dark night to escort us to the property as we got horribly lost down an old track with fallen trees barring the way! It was so lovely to get into the apartment where a warm log-burning stove made for a cosy welcome. A bottle of rose wine, some chocolates, and freshly picked walnuts soon made us feel relaxed and ready to enjoy the rest of the stay. There are lovely riverside walks and at this time of year, it's very quiet and peaceful. We only stayed 2 nights en route back home but would definitely like to return and stay longer,

The person in charge lit a fire in the oven before we arrived, so it was warm and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable! The independent check-in and check-out worked very well. The house is located on top of a hill right next to a trail with a beautiful view and it's very calm there. The kitchen is very well equipped. Besides us there was no one in the house so we had the living room for ourselves. The communication with the owner has been very good.
