The owner Jacqueline made us feel at home immediately and we enjoyed many conversations in both French and English during our stay. The food was excellent with the day starting with a great breakfast on the terrace overlooking an impressive view. Belgodere was a lovely place to be based both for trips to the beach and to other hilltop towns in the Balagne.

Excellent location, central to all amenities of the town, minutes walk from train station / car parks and beaches. Really helpful staff, who allowed us access after normal hours to store / collect our luggage on learning that our 23.30hrs ferry to Toulon was delayed by 2 hours.
