The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable and clean. Information provided in advance made it easy to find, park, etc. A nice touch is services such as Netflix. Staff were very available when we had a minor issue (power went out in storm).
As noted by others, the bed is very soft and pillows VERY large and dense, so may not be to everyone's liking.
