Booking预定的是观景房，到酒店后他们却给了我普通房，而且是在顶楼的房间，没有任何景观，打开窗户只看到顶楼屋檐瓦片。房间很老，很旧，浴缸下水道堵塞严重，稍微冲洗一下浴缸，水下不去，要等个10分钟水才全部下去。非常质疑这个4星级酒店究竟是怎么拿到4星。 Booked a room by booking.com with breakfast for 2 persons, on our arrival on June 5th at 14h the receptionist told us the breakfast was not included, so we went to the room checked our emails and breakfast were included so I complained and I had to show and forward the email to the receptionist who finally agreed that breakfast were included... Also it was supposed to be a room with a view but our view was awful as shown in the attached photo taken from te room. I complained again but the receptionist could not do anything except moving us to a room with 2 single beds which was not what we wanted so we stayed in our room and told the receptionist that I will mentioned that in my review. The receptionist did not care... now the room and bed were very nice, old style as we like but the bathroom was very old and it seriously needs to be refurbished. Our daughter took a bath around 20h then went straight to sleep and when we wanted to take our bath, the water was still inside as the pipes was cloaked... we did not want to call the receptionist to send someone to fix that as it would have woken up our daughter so we took showers instead in the bathtub full of water... except from that, the staff was polite and the breakfast was ok.
