The hotel is very modern and very clean and the location is great, right in the centre of Trie yet very quiet. The outside is presented very well too. A real little gem.

We loved our stay at Asinus! Our room was big and very comfortable with en-suite facilities and adequate space. The property is in a rural location though easily accessible. Our hosts were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Both Madame and Monsieur were very patient and helpful with me as I am learning to speak French. Breakfast was amazing, local cheese, bread and croissants with home made preserves. The eggs were from their own hens, beautifully cooked and tasted delicious! Surrounded by beautiful countryside, the property is situated in a lovely garden, they keep a few animals-small sheep, geese and hens and it is all very peaceful. Additional to the rooms in the house where we stayed, there is also a two-bedroom apartment, in a converted outbuilding, which is well appointed. We would absolutely recommend and look forward to staying with Madame and Monsieur again in the future.
Located in Saint-Blancard, Le Relais du Chateau offers a garden, terrace, restaurant and bar. Gimone Lake is just a 10-minute drive away and Auch is 43 km from the hotel.

The hotel was clean, comfort and very good value. It states that it is 2* but we would def give 3+*
The hosts are excellent and amiable, nothing was too much trouble. She was very knowledgable of the area and spent time in informing us of the places to see in the village and surrounding area.
Food was excellent. There was plenty of outdoor sitting. Outside of the main bedroom areas was a communal sitting area which had coffee making facilities and also a large fridge if you had any items you wished to keep cool.

Very friendly host and lovely location; that is only a short drive from the nearest town. I was here on a visit from the UK following a family bereavement so it wasn't a "happy holiday' stay but it provided me with a base and a bolt hole to return too. The building is a lovely traditional Maison de Maître style building. There is car parking and automatic gate, the operational fob of which you are given on arrival. Quiet location.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, very clean and spacious. Breakfast was a delight, and timings were always checked the day before. Jean-Claude and the team were incredible hosts even opening the restaurant just for us when we arrived on the first evening, and proceeded to provide us with a simple but stunning freshly made 3-course dinner. We really couldn't have asked for more. We know the area really well and are there often so we will absolutely be back.

Beautifully situated in a small village on a ridge with wonderful gardens and views of the Pyrenees. The gite is equipped with absolutely everything that you could think of to help make your stay perfect. All the rooms are quite spacious and the two bedrooms both are en suite. It’s a very tranquil and calm place to stay.
Heather (the gite owner) lives on-site but totally respects your privacy. Should you have any questions about the gite or local attractions etc, then you only have to ask, and she will go out of her way to kindly help answer your questions.
