Wonderful clean, spacious designed rooms, decorated in keeping with pretty village and Nature park area.
The shared kitchen is a great addition, and the owner is continually improving the facilities for guests.
The breakfast was a continual feast of food and chat with the owner and other guests at the choice of a communal table or table for two. A walk out of the door leads down the pretty pathways of the village to short or long walks around the lake/sea and park.

Overall, the apartment's location in the centre of Peyriac is delightful, situated right next to the village square. There is a bar, a restaurant, a small convenience store and a bakery. However, it's important to mention a significant aspect: the windows are at street level. This might pose a challenge, particularly during the summer months, as there is constant foot traffic passing by, especially noticeable in the bedroom.
On the upside, the bed was comfy, the shower provided hot water, and the kitchen facilities were functional and efficient.
From the apartment you can easily take a walk around the Etang and watch the wildlife. It's a magical place! Also, Narbonne and other regional attractions are easily reachable!
Offering free WiFi, a sun terrace with a swimming pool, garden and shared lounge, H2o Chambres d'Hôtes is set in Peyriac-de-Mer.

It was the room and house of my childhood dreams :-)
Communication was easy, breakfast was lovely. Although we were just passing through driving from the Czech Republic to Madrid, we would love to come back soon and stay for a few days...

The location is superb; not just in the immediate vicinity with the beautiful Etang, but also the ease of access to explore the wider area. Easy to find with SatNav and easy to shop for food in Sigean. We spent 15 nights here in October (the longest we have stayed anywhere) and never felt that there wasn't enough to keep us occupied. There are plenty of places outside to sit in the sun or shade and inside we were very comfortable in the evenings. We travelled in our van with a motorbike inside and appreciated the large, gated parking area to leave either the van or bike while we went out for the day.
Although in need of a small amount of TLC, this is a VERY special place and we felt very much at home. The peace and quiet is wonderful. Denys is a fabulous host; there is a lot of information on his website Anse de l'Olivier prior to a stay and while we were there he periodically checked on us via WhatsApp to make sure we were ok or give information on local events - perfect!
Not a problem for us, but to stay here the location needs to be respected and appreciated - for example, you need to drink bottled water.
