We loved it here, a huge highlight on our Loire trip. Such a unique, historical place and definitely the biggest room we ever stayed in! And maybe the biggest breakfast too. Cheese, delicious pastries, fruit tart, eggs from the property and more – a fabulous way to start the day.
The room was a perfect blend of authentic history with a spacious, modern bathroom!

Good location in the small town, very close to the impressive chateau. The charming ground floor apartment was cozy and small and had everything we needed. The mini-fridge in the photos has been upgraded to a full size fridge which helps.
The breakfast was great and the host helpful and suggested some excellent places to visit on our bicycles.
The "cottage" is separate to the owners house with a shared courtyard area.
We would recommend to others.

The host was amazing, he made us feel.like part of the family, staying in this amazing castle. We had 4 rooms to ourselves. He even came in to the games room and lit the fire for us.
The history tour he gave us was quite simply, astonishing.
