Friendly, communicative host, convenient location off the motorway, and handy for Leclerc (cheap petrol for the next leg of the journey). Really calm, peaceful location with a big garden, and you felt as though you were in the country though it is a suburban area, with easy on-street parking. Stylish bathroom, handy kitchenette. NB I was in fact allocated Le Presbytère, although I had booked Le Grenier, so my review relates to the ground floor accommodation. I found the bed very comfortable and I'm surprised that one or two people have said it wasn't, though this is obviously a personal matter. I would describe it as supportive but crucially not too firm, which is important when you have a bad back, and I invariably find the mattresses in chain hotels too hard. I will definitely try to book either accommodation again!

This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen coffee machine and microwave on the ground floor, combined with a living room with sofa and TV. There is a great dining table where to have dinner for all family (up to 5 persons :)) On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, windows equipped with blinds - handy for hot summers and to keep out street noise. Regarding the street noise - it is almost none, as this apartment is located in a rural area, a quiet village, off from the main street with limited local traffic on the street. You can be lucky to get a parking a few steps from an apartment on the street, or if it is full - some more meters down at a parking lot. I recommend this apartment for individuals, travelling by car, and I suggest to travel there during the day time while it is light - you will have lovely local scenery and a taste of real France.

Host Katija was wonderful - friendy and welcoming. Great communication from her - always quick to reply to any questions and very helpeful with advise and recommendations when arrived. The cottageis located in a lovely little town Fleurine, close to Paris and Chateau de Chantilly which we visited during our stay. Room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Lovely touch of basic breakfast items provided, even a jar of food for our baby whih was a lovely consideration. Wouldn't hestiate to recommend this for anyone self driving in the region.
