I loved the friendly welcome I got here, and the delicious and plentiful Moroccan food delivered to my room (book in advance). The gîte is south of Carcassonne, 15 minutes drive from the airport. It has a great view of the city, and is on the edge of a pleasant little village. An annexe to a newly-built house, it’s not the height of luxury, but there’s everything you could reasonably need (including tea and coffee, fridge and microwave), and it’s spotlessly clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Modern, stylish and everything highly efficient. I imagine a cool place to stay for families. Went out of season so might be a bit manic in summer as Carcassonne receives over 3m tourists per year!!
