Rude, unhelpful receptionists, mixup with the reservations which might be booking.com fault but the staff was not helpful in solving the issue of unexplained double reservation satisfactorily. Very bad access to Orly airport.

The receptionist was disrespectful and rude even though I was injured. He hardly noticed me even though I was the only client at the desk. I had to beg to be checked in and he didn't help me with my bag even though I couldn't put my right foot down and was on crutches. I've never seen anything like that. Do not go to this hotel if you are handicaped you will get no assistance at all. Psychological it was worse than physically for me as I was alone and I had to do a long journey the next morning at 5 I got no confort. I felt more lonely than ever. I cried in my room. The location is very confusing if you are taking the bus or walking. The hotel is sort of hidden behind a bridge and other hotel. The next day when I ordered a Uber it didn't find me. And the area seems a bit dangerous. I don't recommend it for a woman traveling alone. The hotel says it's a 24hour desk but there is no one after 9 and very early in the morning so if you needed help don't count on it. Although it seems that the person that was there when I arrived was actually worse than if I had to deal with a machine alone... It is definitely not worth the price. You would get better care in a crowded supermarket than in this place as a client.

I made the reservation with my credit card...and I clicked PAY NOW at the time of reservation last friday October 11th-2019...BUT at the time of checking out they did not want to charge to my credit card...and they treat very bad to my daughter and wife...and asked them to pay now .. AGAIN???????
Well my niece used her credit card and payed. SO...MY QUESTION TO YOU IS????
WHY DO YOU SEND THIS TO ME IF THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE DID NOT WANT TO CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD...??
I AM NOT REALLY HAPPY WITH THIS HOTEL IN PARIS
The receptionist yelled at me when I asked him for a certain service, I asked him to respect me , but he continued to be intransigent.. Also, when I asked manager to hurry because my children had a fever, she said: My son also has a fever, hey.. We are not competing in illness!! !!! The worst experience in my life. This hotel is extremely bad. They have contracts with the airline staff and they don't care about the rest of the guests at all.
Big advantage was the personnel on reception. Always smiling and helpful. It makes better impression about the place than it really is. Also convenient location - calm district, rather safe, 30 minutes and you appear in the heart of Paris. Bus stop is just in front of the hotel. There is a restaurant nearby and McDonald's that could be really helpful if you want something fast and urgent. The room is very basic and not big, but always clean.
hotel was clean and comfortable, our flight was delayed a day so was totally last minute stay, we arrived just as the restaurant was closing, there was about 10 of us from the flight, we were all starving after wasting the whole day at the airport and they stayed open and fed us all even though they were short staffed, it was much appreciated
It's closer to Orly airport and you can use the TVM bus to travel to La Choix de Berny station, from there you can easily travel to the Paris center. I had booked this at the very last minute for my summer vacation and had to pay a slightly increased price, but the price was better compared to other hotels in the Paris center.
Bed was super comfortable and the area the hotel was in was great. After we checked in, we went for a nice walk near the hotel and had a fantastic dinner at a Michelin recommended restaurant. The area was quiet and in a safe area compared to where we saw some of the other hotels during our shuttle transfer to the airport.
We booked this property for 1 night for the purpose being close to the airport for our departure. The staff was friendly and the rooms are clean. We enjoyed the restaurant and the food was delicious. We also enjoyed the cocktail lounge on our last night before departure. The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport.
The hotel is super close to the airport. And for the flight connection you have a free bus 1 block away. The room was immaculate, the bathroom was spacious and super complete. comfortable bed and good heating. Desk sector and coffee maker that always adds up. Good Wi-Fi connectivity.
It is near to Orly Airport and there is a free shuttle bus. The bus is not very punctual, but it is a good way to get the airport. It is near to the bus stop (Bus 216) that goes to the center of Paris.
