An extraordinary site to sleep. You feel like a owner of a castle. We were with bikes. A shed for them is available. Nice, clean and special equipped and decorated rooms. A big kitchen where you can cook or make a picnic with the food you have to bring yourself. Drinks like beer/wine can be bought. A very nice and helpful young women at reception.

Charming family run hotel with friendly and welcoming hosts. The Hotel is on the cycle route from the northern Brittany ferry ports via Redon and the Loire BAC to the Atlantic coast and the 'Velodyssee' cycle route (EV1). There is a garage to store bicycles securely overnight. Le Pellerin is a small town alongside the Loire with all facilities including a supermarket. Outside the Hotel you can sit beside the river with a cool drink and this must be idyllic in the summer. I recommend Gite Mido most highly, it’s faultless! We were welcomed warmly, to a charming traditional house with spotless modern amenities. The breakfast is superb and I m sure much of it is homemade. This place is a treasure.
