B&B La Lyre was the best B&B I ever stayed. From the highway towards Angers, it was just a few kilometers inland, situated in a very quiet village. Stéphanie and Hubert were the perfect hosts. The room and bathroom were impeccable, the bed so comfortable, the surroundings absolutely quiet. And breakfast was beyond delicious, served in their own large kitchen. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. If you ever want to stay in a B&B, no matter how spoiled you are concerning hotels or B&Bs, this is the place to be.

The room was spacious. Dinner was superb and worth the price. Breakfast included a small hot food selection as well as cereals, cheeses, ham, bread, pastries etc.
Mercure Le Mans Batignolles is easy to access from the southern bypass and is close to the Le Mans race track and the city centre. It offers free parking.
