This lovely studio apartment was perfect. It is in a great location - we were visiting Monet’s House and Garden at Giverny - very close to Rosny sur Seine - so just a short drive allowing us to get to the gardens early for the 9.30am opening. And after a day out it was lovely to take a swim in the lovely big swimming pool. The Pool is shared with the owners but they are very discrete and we got the pool to ourselves both days we used it. The weather was changeable but the pool has a cover so you can still use it. The apartment was very clean and well planned. Comfortable with a lovely large bathroom. I travelled with my sister - she had the double bed and I had the very large sofa bed. Rebecca was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Lots of places to visit nearby - not just Giverny. And you are not far from Versailles or indeed Paris. Thank you Rebecca for your hospitality and hope to see you again.

Our host was sick but her daughter and son-in-law welcomed us and showed us the facilities. We enjoyed the lovely swimming pool and relaxing in the peaceful garden. The village is quiet and pretty. Parking is in the street outside the property.

In a typically picturesque village, the gites above auberge Gillois are opposite the church and Marie. The property is a nicely fitted modern 2 bedroom apartment. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, sitting room with dining areas for 4. The check-in welcome was informal, friendly and professional and the menu at the Auberge’s restaurant looked excellent. Our schedule was very tight so we did not have the opportunity to try it because we arrived later than planned and had to leave early. We will definitely be looking to return and experience this place again.
