A lovely stopover place with a warm welcome, tastefully decorated room and an excellent breakfast. In March, the garden showed the promise of what it must look like in the summer. We were allowed to bring our dog. Even though it was only for one night, I'm sure those looking for peace and tranquility will find it here.HelenNetherlands

We were served a lovely breakfast with homemade jams and honey from the hives in the garden. Our host was very friendly and very patient with are lack of French. Woods all around for walking the dogs and lots of quaint (and very tidy) villages in the area, not least Saint-Jean-aux-bois.HamishUnited Kingdom
