Situated just outside the lovely city of Troyes, Saint-Parres-Aux-Trrtres is an excellent commercial centre but, more importantly for us, was close to the autoroute so very little time was lost while we stayed overnight on our trip from Calais to Provence.

It's an ideal hotel for a one night stop on the way south.
It's an ideal hotel for a one night stop on the way south. It is easy to find, close to motorway. There is a VERY HELPFUL garage NORAUTO just opposite (and I do mean helpful!). There are 2 or 3 good restaurants nearby - they seem to serve quite latish - always handy because you can be delayed on the road. Perfect location for a stopover.
Perfect location for a stopover. I was driving down to the south of France and found this budget hotel to be in a perfect area, Restaurants galore to choose from, even plenty of shops if you need to pick up those final bits you have forgotten. Petrol is just across the road by the Hypermarket. Rooms are very basic, but very clean with air conditioning. A basic breakfast can be brought, but I found it better going to one of the restaurants or McDonalds. You also get money off if you show your hotel receipt in any of the restaurants nearby. Staff spoke good English and were very helpful.

So easy to get to from the motorway so no hassle or stress. A basic hotel but quiet at night. Just needs a kettle so you can make a cuppa .we had our evening meal at the supermarket as it was good value and you can have wine with your mealEllenUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

situated just off the motorway and on a retail estate this new hotel is safe and clean. Rooms are clean and buffet breakfast available. We left our bikes on the back of the car overnight as the car park is secured at night. plenty of choice of food outlets in the evening and lots of shops to look around during the day, also a petrol garage close-by.ssteveavrilUnited Kingdom
