The couple which own and run the B and B were great, British, so good conversations to be had. It was very clean and the breakfast provided was very good. Freshly boiled eggs. The location is situated in a quiet peaceful place giving you an very quiet peaceful night. Good overnight stop.

Convenient and quiet location, not far from big commercial area and restaurants, on the ourskirts of Bergerac. Easy to reach, very good as a starting point for road trips in the region. Staff were super nice and helpful 👍👍👍. Nice breakfast and coffee. Rooms were very clean, beds very comfortable. Excellent value for money.

There is no bar in at the Chateau Which is extremely dissapointing we had to have room service for a drink at night
which was extortionately expensive.
The breakfast had a very poor selection for a hotel of this standard.

This was our second time at La Carreterie. It is a wonderful place with family vibes and completely among nature. It is dog friendly, and the owners are exceptionally friendly. You will get all the advice that you want about the area and what to do, or just a nice chat. Breakfast is also wonderful and we were lucky enough that the weather allowed us to have it in the beautiful garden :)
