The food was excellent with the focus on simple dishes prepared to restaurant standards.
The owners were very warm and welcoming with a very personal touch. It is very difficult to describe the experience to reflect how amazing this short stay was. The grounds were wonderful, a mini stately home throughout.

Following a warm welcome, we were shown to a delightful room, tastefully decorated, with many thoughtful touches to ensure a comfortable stay. The bed was so comfortable we slept for over 12 hours! A wonderful shower room with soft towels and toiletries provided. Breakfast was amazing, fresh fruit salad, selection of yoghurts and pastries with fruit juice and a pot of coffee in a lovely breakfast room. The house is in a peaceful, rural location but only 5 minutes drive from a small town.We would highly recommend Sue and John as hosts and are eager to return again on our next French trip. A pleasure to meet them.

I loved everything! Sharon is exceptional ! Thank you again for everything ! My stay here was amazing ! If you wish to spend some time in a timeless place in the middle of the countryside, then this is the place for you! I came for one night, but ended up staying for 3! It really gave me a chance to recharge my batteries, which is exactly what I was looking for! Sharon's good food and kindness were a big part of it too!

We staid in one of the guest rooms of this horse farm and were swept away by the hospitality of Helene and her husband. We booked dinner which was in their own home, together with them, and exquisitely cooked and accompanied by really nice conversation (which would have been even better if our French was not so poor).we only staid one night and fid not get to explore the surroundings, which probably sustain a few days.
