Whole thing excellent. Called us to check arrival time. Quite late so they waited for us. So helpful and friendly. 3 pets 2 rooms. All as good as it gets.

The Kyriad Direct Lormont offers comfortable and affordable guestrooms perfect for an overnight stay. It is located near the tramway and the motorway interchange.

Liked NOTHING AT ALL. This was the worst hotel we have ever had the misfortune to stay in. The room was no bigger than a cabin on a cross channel ferry. If you sat on the edge of the bed you could not open the door. The bathroom did not smell good. Again it was smaller than a cross channel ferry bathroom. There was only one pillow and reception insisted there were 2!! We booked bed and breakfast- on arrival we received a receipt for same. When we tried to have breakfast early the following morning the rude staff would not allow us because they insisted we had not paid, even showing them the printed receipt was no good. We had a very long drive ahead so we stormed out without breakfast. RUDE INCOMPETENT STAFF AND DREADFUL HOTEL. Booking. Com doesn’t care nor does Kyriad hotels care about their guests.

By far our most welcoming hotel experience in a 3 week French driving holiday. Very comfortable beds, clean, spacious rooms and a delicious breakfast with some lovely produce grown on site. The owners were extremely accommodating when regrettably we arrived very late, getting up from their beds to let us in when we were otherwise marooned with three kids. Despite this, the owner then graciously gave us a couple of breakfasts for free and packed us off with a couple of bottles of water and some sweets for the children.
