The gite was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was close to many attractions in the area. The bonus for us was being able to do laundry in the gite.

It was ideally placed by the river Dordogne, with parking at the rear of the hotel. The rooms were large and spacious, and we had a a separate sitting room with chairs and a table. The bed was very comfortable and large. We had a good shower in the bathroom. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Although we did not use the restaurant, it was overlooking the river and spacious.

The locations was quiet but local town wasn't too far away as well as a train station. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, the food available was amazing, local and fresh.
