Overall, everything was great, a very modern hotel with a nice design. I want to give a special mention to the SitizenM staff, particularly the girl who assisted us with the check-in process. It was her first day on the job, and she was very polite and helpful. I wish her all the best in her new role. This was my first time staying at SitizenM, and I was very satisfied. I also appreciate the fact that the bar was open at night. This hotel is in front of La Defence Arena. And that was the reason why I chose it.

Staff was nice. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Bed was comfy and washroom was pretty clean. Value for money for sure.

The room was very clean , bathroom was spotless. All the bed linens were good quality, bathroom towels were soft . All the staff members were all very welcoming and friendly . There was a great selection at breakfast, all fresh and lots of hot drinks and juices .
