I liked the calm. Abbey is beautiful. There is a garden. Lunch is basic but good. The staff was kind and considerate.

Lovely staff, very comfortable bed, good bath, good food in the restaurant. We had a splendid piece de boeuf. The dining room has a fabulous tiled floor, spoiled by years of ingrained dirt.
