Easy to find, nice restaurant and bar, really lovely staff. We chose to stay in this town particularly for a family function, but Tarascon seems pretty enoughand well connected by if you wanted to visit a few bits of the Ariège in one trip . Seemed well priced compared to the three other hotels in the town and rooms were fine, clean and with good recently re-done bathrooms. The restaurant looks right on to the river Ariege and is lovely gif breakfast in the morning.

Quaint, antique and huge "bedroom" - more a like a living room +room. Fantastic breakfast. The "staff" couldn't be more welcoming.

Fantastic location close to Niaux caves. Room was great with fabulous view. Bathroom was exceptional. Great restaurant. Included buffet style breakfast was extremely generous and well presented, with local produce.
