Just the most beautiful location…. And the evening meal was absolutely astonishing!! All produce sourced locally and from the garden, it was one of the best meals I have ever had.

Corinne and Cedric are lovely people who made us feel very welcome. The breakfasts were just perfect: proper English tea in a teapot (!!!!!!!!!!!! 🤣 surprisingly important to a travelling Englishwoman), good coffee, perfect scrambled eggs, delicious patisserie... Corinne's friendly advice on places to visit was extremely helpful - we visited places we'd never have thought to go, based on just a Google search.
The hotel is situated just a 15-minute walk from the centre of Salies and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was great, I wish we could have taken it home with us.

So unique for us 5 men travelling to have the whole ground floor to ourselves! Spacious and comfortable, a unique BnB experience. Laurent could not have been more helpful in all our needs. Lovely country stop if you are going that way!!
The location is outstanding the view is amazing from the balcony. Breakfast fresh and well presented. Glass of wine on the terrace with some nibbles - very enjoyable. Although we didn't eat in the evenings, we were going to a party, the food looked fabulous. Paul, the hotelier, what a great guy, funny, helpful, informative - made the stay there most enjoyable.
