Grounds were beautiful , sitting room around the fireplace was very relaxing and cozy. Staff were very friendly and breakfasts were delicious especially the eggs were the best we’ve had.

The room was large and comfortable. The swimming pool was very near our room. It was
clean, but the water was cold, even though the outdoor temperature was around 30 C.
The receptionist was charming. Breakfast was tasty and varied. On the first morning, we were the only guests.
On arrival to our room, we only had one hand towel, and one bath towel for my husband and myself. We ordered more and were served promptly, but it didnt give much confidence, taking into account that we were 2 persons, and we also intended to use the pool.

Clean, very straightforward to access, simple caravan with no frills but in good condition. We were there for a stop over so didn’t use any of the kitchen etc. but the site is great, our kids loved the pools after a long day in the car. A really fun way to do a stop over

Great location for the chateau. Just a walk around the corner! Perfect for the restaurants just up the road. The bed was lovely and comfy! The view from our window over the Loire was perfect and when all the hot air balloons flew over the hotel it was beautiful. Picnic on the grass next to the river was delicious! This is a great deal for the money.
LE CLOS DU GOLF is ideally located 7 km from EXIT 18 on Highway A10 and within 1 hour of all famous chateaux of the Loire Valley with Amboise only 15 km.

Many beautiful chateaus in the area and we visited a vineyard in Montrichard with a lovely underground system of tunnels lit with colourful picture projections. We visited the chateau where Leonardo de Vinci spent his last 3 years and the largest chateau in the area on the River Cher.
We ate at a quaint creperie nearby and tried many of the pastries in the area.
There were lots of outdoor and indoor games for the children to do, tennis, swimming, disc golf, football, chess, card games etc.

An amazing place to stay!
An amazing place to stay! There is much nature to absorb and truly unwind - loire valley (close by) also offers a lot to explore, especially around the loire river and the many chateaus around the area. The vibe of the place is unforgettable.
