I arrived at the reception (without booking) quoted 140€ odd it was 9 pm and I asked if there was anything cheaper. No was the response, I left and booked online in my car within 3 minutes , then re entered the hotel and up to reception where I got my €76 room key. The young lady at reception was most unhelpful. I quizzed her as to why I was able to book a room on booking. Com to be told there must have been a cancellation. Tell us another.!!!

We liked the location in that it was very peaceful, we were able to spot some deer in the allotments behind which was delightful. The B&B welcomes dogs which for us is always an advantage. The room was attractive and clean, and we had the sole use of a large bathroom with shower which was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfasts were very good, and the owners of the house were delightful, made every opportunity to talk to us and take an interest in our visit. There was free, secure and very easy parking opposite the house. Overall it was a delightful accommodation with very welcoming hosts.
