Location is in a deserted forgotten quarter of the city, next to a large patch of derelict wasteland. After staying in tiny rooms for most of my holiday, it was refreshing to arrive at a hotel with large rooms! It’s an old building with rooms named after famous actors but the rooms are also clean & we were greeted very warmly by the front desk. The location is great: within walking distance to the trams & buses, grocery stores & laundromat. Note the tram services don’t appear in Google maps so plan your commute via the https://www.reseau-stas.fr site. The tram runs direct to the city & regional train station.
