Late September arrival. Le Ressignol Gite. Hosts were wonderful. Fresh baked choc chip cookies & jam on arrival, a gastronomic delight. Our little well behaved poodle was allowed to roam free and had a delightful time trying to catch geckos scuttling about in the borders. Such a quiet tranquil oasis. The quiet only interrupted by Walnuts falling from the trees or the woodpecker pecking for grubs.

The setting in rural Dordogne is delightful and the property exudes French country charm. Lovely swimming pool overlooking the fields, fruit trees and brisker gardens.
