There is no excuse to have such poor customer service and I really think providing a towel for a guest to use really isn't going to have a bog impact on the planet, this should be as essential as the sheets on the bed.yourtesladyFrance

I could not sleep in the hotel and the money did not return! avoid this hotel!

Very close to M20 Junction 50 so convenient for travelling. spacious and clean room. Large garden by the pool and terrace so pleasant for sitting out side.
