Venelles has a small square where children and parents gathered when school was finished. The other day is was the scene for some merchants providing fresh fruits and fish. A small village worthwhile to spent a bit of time and relax.

It is set in a lovely garden surrounded by pine trees and with a stunning view over vineyards and the countryside beyond. A rural retreat but with easy access to facilities in Venelles. Free parking with enough spaces, I think if you pay, you get "a more secure" one. There was a supermarket nearby and a restaurant that had really good burgers.
