This is a gorgeous location in the heart of the Gorges du Tarn, very close to trails. My husband and I had an amazing stay at Le Sahuc. The room was lovely decorated, the toiletries organic and high quality, something that I appreciate very much.
We had dinner at the hotel, the food was exceptional. Wish we had stayed a few more nights but we hope to return.

Amazing and very genuine welcome from Charlie which was lovely at the end of a long journey.
A very personal service on dinner . Charlie was more than happy to make us a dinner based on our vegetarian requirements and served us produce from his own garden. All was presented beautifully.
Breakfast was continental style and a very generous range and quantity of baked goods with good quality preserves .Tea and coffee and juices.
Comfy bed and warm room . Very reasonably priced meals and accommodation.

Absolute enchanting place with kind and generous host. Ideal location for travelling over the Viaduc de Millau.
Beautiful setting. Loads of old stones. Nice breakfast under the tonnelle. Very nice feeling about the place all together.
