Staff are excellent, the food in the casual restaurant was of a very high-quality, and beautifully cooked. The Michelin restaurant was closed, as it is only open on the weekend and we were there during the week. Our suite was a really good size and immaculately clean. The parking garage was easily accessible underneath the hotel and immaculately clean and well lit. 40 minute drive to the centre of Paris by Uber, for the quality of the hotel the room, the staff, the food you would be paying four times the price in Central Paris.

I liked the location

Overall, everything was great, a very modern hotel with a nice design. I want to give a special mention to the SitizenM staff, particularly the girl who assisted us with the check-in process. It was her first day on the job, and she was very polite and helpful. I wish her all the best in her new role. This was my first time staying at SitizenM, and I was very satisfied. I also appreciate the fact that the bar was open at night. This hotel is in front of La Defence Arena. And that was the reason why I chose it.

Only stayed two nights and were out most of the time. The subway is right across the street, very handy. The buffet breakfast was good. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. Let's not forget Miss Lily the resident cat, always ready for petting or a friendly lap.
