Loic (the owner’s son in law) was brilliant and did a great job of welcoming us to the property, which although simple, is well located as a stopover the other side of the Eurotunnel. It’s also nicely located to explore the coastal town of Boulogne Sur Mer.
The garden (although you have to access down the stairs and from the outside gate) is large and fantastic and was the perfect place for our dog to let off some steam.

Because we are only staying overnight we have not had cause to wander around. the village has a main road, not major so it most likely has a general shop just check on Google map.
The Auberge is not on a main road and is surrounded by farmland, I believe it was and is part of a working farm.
