Breakfast was excellent as usual - we’ve stayed there before. The location is central in an old part of town, some noise from a local bar, but dies down at a reasonable time. Spacious and clean rooms.
Set in the centre of Saint-Omer, 450 metres from the train station, Mercure Saint Omer Centre Gare offers accommodation with a restaurant, private parking, a bar and a terrace.
This hotel is located next to the Saint-Omer SNCF Train Station and features an early-19th-century décor. It offers modern rooms with free WiFi access and a brasserie-style restaurant.

Right next to the station, with friendly staff and a good restaurant. I was in an attic conversion at the top of the building, which was quiet, with sloping ceilings.
With a 24-hour front desk, the ibis budget Saint-Omer Centre is located in Saint-Omer. Free Wi-Fi access is available and A26 Highway is just 4 km away.

Apart from the very good room, the public areas and restaurant were very spacious, airy, pleasant and very welcoming, as was the friendly owner. The grounds were well kept and offered wonderful views over the surrounding countryside. The hotel mwas very easy to reach from the A26 motoreway and it was also reach to get into St Omer - a delightful small town.

A fantastic hotel.
A fantastic hotel. I have stayed here several times over many years, and it remains as superb as ever. A beautiful site, extremely friendly and professional staff and a very pleasant ans accessible hotel manager.
I recommend the superb "cottage" accommodation (this time I had booked a small room). The restaurant has a superb view and a terrace and the food is of exquisite quality.
And the accommodation prices? In my opinion, very low for all of this!!! PLUS (a) the hotel is dog friendly and (b) the old abbey in the village is well worth a visit.

A well maintained, efficiently run and very clean hotel in a superb location. Easy to find and near the motorway in a very quiet location makes this a perfect location either as a stopover near the Channel crossing points or as a base to explore the region.
