Aberlady is a lovely, small friendly village. The Inn where we stayed offered great value for money. Run by friendly, helpful staff where nothing was too much trouble. Pet friendly and made our Labrador very welcome providing water and a treat whenever we had a meal or a drink in the lounge bar.

The staff in this hotel are what makes it.
The staff in this hotel are what makes it. Every colleague we interacted with was warm, friendly and professional. First class service for reasonable prices! Can’t commend this wee gem of a hotel enough.
The house was in a superb location with a fabulous balcony overlooking Aberlady Bay and the firth of forth. It was the perfect size for 5 couples and all but one had ensuite bathrooms, although the 5th bedroom had a bathroom.right outside the room with exclusive use. Really clean and well equipped with evrythibg you would need. Great sized kitchen and dining room and minutes from the beach, shop and pub.
I loved my stay and my room was perfect for the price I paid. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere of the place was perfect. The restaurant was lovely and the food was amazing and so was breakfast, atmosphere was lovely. Surrounding area was perfect for a walk to the beach and up the nature trial. I really loved my stay and would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Aberlady.
Warm welcome, excellent hospitality. Food at breakfast and dinner were excellent. The Inn is an excellent base for golfers exploring East Lothian. A few minutes from Kilspindie and Gullane, and about 15 minutes from North Berwick. The train to Edinburgh is nearby (five minutes drive with good parking) at Longniddry (only 19 minutes to the City). On top of all this, an excellent value.
Very comfortable, clean and well appointed apartment in Aberlady with lovely view over bay. Handy for beach, shop and restaurants all within walking distance. Very kind local contact Jennifer, who personally delivered keys to a local address night before (so that we could drop off wedding outfits, etc., next day) and provided other very useful information via phone discussion.
Hotel was perfect to attend a wedding up the road at gosford house. Was skeptical as it was above a pub but the rooms were quiet, and no disturbances from downstairs.
Amazing breakfast to set you up for the day and all the staff were friendly and attentive.
Lovely rooms, nice to have a bath sheet! Rooms Were a little old but was in tune with the style of the pub.
Lovely, friendly hotel with a friendly pub and restaurant area. Our room was very clean and spacious, and we really enjoyed our breakfast in the morning. The location was also perfect for us as we were attending a wedding at the community hall which is a 30-second walk away.
The hotel is situated in the heart of Abelady and car parking, although tight, was adeqate.
The staff were all very friendly and could not be faulted in any way.
Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and breakfast on the first morning was very good.
Nice big room. Location is excellent - easy access to other towns along that coast and also Edinburgh. Walking distance to Aberlady. Bar / restaurant has excellent food and service. Shower was brilliant. Great view across the golf courses and sea.
The room was very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was really good - best scrambled eggs I've had in any hotel. There is a lovely relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and fabulous views across the golf course to Fife.
Very comfortable self catering apartment. Beautiful view to Aberlady Bay from a little balcony which was made even more wonderful by fantastic weather.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and very quiet.
