"It was good enough for me for a couple of days with a nice view by the river, friendly staff. The shops and restaurants are on-site. Good, free overnight parking. Near lakeside shopping, near the outlet mall. Good location, good price. Just for a good night's sleep is sufficient. I am definitely coming back. Never discouraged by the review."

Great location for The Lakeside shopping Centre and Ikea, a lot of road noise being so close to M25 .

Firstly, we got an upgrade to executive.
Firstly, we got an upgrade to executive. The room itself was spacious. There were complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, coffee machine to use and bottled mineral water. There was a flat screen TV, comfy bed, valuables safe, iron, ironing board, mini shower gels etc with clean towels.
The only thing I can say, is our room service phone wasn't working.
Great value for money and the staff are very polite too!
We had breakfast with our room and that was nice too!
The best thing about this hotel is its price. we only paid £44 for a room that could sleep 3.
We had twin Beds with Only one pillow but the guy on reception was happy to bring 2 extras.
We were offerred 2 key cards and parking was free.
Considering though the price we paid - taking into account the general lack of basic facilities and clear wear and tear, for London last minute the price was fair.
Tv had a smashed screen on arrival, room smelt of fags, worn out carpet, bed wasn't made properly like other hotels such as Travelodge, Premier Inn, lift was not very good, worried I would get stuck in their @ one point
