Very surprised 3* lovely clean hotel, good facilities in room bath mat great for me as unsteady normally have to go to reception to get one same with iron and ironing board, both avail in room. Plus safe, good choice tea coffee delicious stem ginger biscuits. Fab breakfast. Lovely friendly staff. Great job guys

The location was handy, very near the station. Although I’d just booked a room, I was given a 2 bed flat. Mattress extremely comfy, everything very clean. Getting in with 2 codes was well-explained and easy
