I love staying here as it is a straightforward, no frills kind of place, but it is always clean, quiet and the staff are ever-so-nice.
I haven't eaten dinner here before and usually find something in the area, but ordered the jerk chicken burger and it was amazing. Fries were great and the coleslaw (I don't really like coleslaw) was so tasty.
Breakfast is a straightforward buffet, but the bacon, sausage, eggs etc are very, very tasty.
Definitely recommend it as it is great value for money.

Situated in a good location close to Longbridge Railway Station, the shopping district and the main road network.
The room was reasonable, the bed was comfy and the linen clean.
The en-suite bathroom was okay but could do with a deep clean and some ventilation.

I loved the location and the fact that the main hotel building was behind the barn with the bar and restaurant, so it meant no pub noise.. It looks very pretty and has clearly been built sympathetically with the surroundings. It was immaculately clean, even down to the net curtains at the windows. The bed was comfortable, as was the rest of the room. It wasn't souless like a lot of hotel rooms can be. The room was a good size, as was the shower room, again, unlike some other hotels where I felt like I had been stuck in the broom cupboard because I was travelling alone!
I ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely. Good value, well prepared and the staff were absolutely lovely.
Lovely helpful staff. Quiet comfortable room and very comfortable bed. Good food in the bar and breakfast. Great value. Good position for events in Birmingham as there is a trainline from Barnt Green.

I didn't really explore Barnt Green - I headed into Edgbaston for work, which is an easy trip from the hotel. I ate at the hotel or in the city, and did not have time to travel around the local area. I've been told the LIckey Hills are lovely but sadly I didn't get a chance to find out for myself.

Nice easy parking, felt very secure.
Downsize was smallish bed and smallish room….all adequate for a one night stay but would have drove me mad if we were using it as a base etc.

We didnt visit any of the area, as we were only staying in Barnt Green, to be able to visit family in Kidderminster. We used the hotel as a starting point to Kidderminster, Ludlow, Clee Hill and Bridgnorth and found it very central. There is a train line that takes you direct to Birmingham New Street.
