Staff are exceptional, who ever sets the culture and drives the standards needs to be very proud of the team, as not one person I interacted with during my stay was anything but brilliant. Staff are friendly, professional, kind, uplifting, engaging, attentive and make the hotel a really joy to stay at. The Food was great, ambience is relaxed and restful, decor is beautiful. The 3 star rating is total nonsense, this hotel is a 4star plus…. I will 100% be back. One of the best hotels I have stayed at.
