Just 500 metres from the very heart of Hull city centre, the railway station, the Bonus Arena and the St.

Super friendly staff and decent hotel in a really central location. Great value breakfast, would recommend paying for it if not included with the room (this is what I did).

I was unhappy paying a deposit of £50 on arrival in case of any damage or leaving with a tab. I did not have a tab and was not offered one. I paid for the stay beforehand and paid for my dogs £30 on arrival. I was advised the charge would be refunded within 10 days. This was an unplanned and unadvised additional (hopefully temporary) cost

This is by far the most hospitable pub/hotel I’ve ever stayed at all of the staff are super friendly, polite and caring they all seem to enjoy working at the establishment and the owners are just an amazing couple so dedicated to making sure guests are comfortable and happy, we definitely left feeling like we’d made two wonderful friends, stick to what doing and I don’t think you can go wrong

A lovely family run hotel. The staff were all amazing, friendly and efficient. The owner Jo changed our booking when I made a mistake in the dates. The food was great in the evening and again at breakfast. They couldn't have made us feel more at home. Thoroughly recommended.

This was our first time travelling to this area and we were made to feel at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the food was amazing! It felt so homely when you were there it almost didn’t feel like a hotel but more like staying with family.

The hotel is located on a quiet 'backwater' road and so at night is really quiet. Although its a restaurant and pub it never gets noisy and has a really nice atmosphere to it. Staff are very helpful and friendly and made the stay very relaxing.
