Easy access into central London as just a short walk to the train station so ideal for anyone looking for greenery/calmness but taking trips centrally.
More like a large house than a hotel but this had a nice feel. In a lovely area with lots of restaurants, pubs and bars locally to entertain yourself, all only within a short walk from the hotel. Pleasantly surprised. Is a teeny bit noisy on occasion, like a house ie. doors, stairs but this was fine.
Great location and suited us perfectly as Londoners staying overnight in Beckenham after attending an event locally.

Although the description of the property was largely accurate we found it very dated. It was generally clean and everything worked but the furnishings and decor were very average. Breakfast was actually in the basement with no natural light and the offerings were very ordinary. Coffee was not good at all. It was buffet style but a very average selection of continental breakfast items. It was not a nice place to be. On the whole it was an acceptable venue but disappointing, although given London prices I expect that's as much as one can expect. It was noisy at night as our room was at the front with traffic and police cars and general pub goers until around 2am!!

Really annoyed as I travelled from Birmingham to beckenham, to be bitten to Smithereens whilst sleeping in the bed. I’m allergic to bug bites so now my ending of trip is a visit to the doctors or the hospital. After every guest beds should be checked thoroughly and carpet should be cleaned when severely dirty. I had a very itchy swollen weekend which was super uncomfortable and I would not recommend this talk hotel apt in Beckenham to anyone. Aside from that Beckenham is nice to walk around in.

Lively vibe, great food choices and a very good location to travel into town. Great green spaces on the doorstep - Beckenham Place Park - with a wildpool lake for swimming and Kelsey Park which is both adult and child friendly alike.
Loved the location as it was right in the middle of all the local restaurants and in between the two main shops in Beckenham (M&S and Tesco). Very easy transport links into London - takes around 50 minutes to get right into the centre of town with one change at Victoria) and nice areas in which you can have a wander around (Kelsey Park). The room was well furnished and clean so I cannot complain about any of that!
Incredibly beautiful little space to stay in, perfect room size for myself and my partner, comfiest bed ever. Host was exceptional, and more than helpful providing information on local transport options for us. Location was a perfect distance from Crystal Palace Park, ideal for us visiting a music festival. Room was clean with big windows for lots of natural light. Absolutely loved staying here
Very Clean. The bed was very comfortable The shower was so good.Everything you could wish for in a room.
The Location was Absolutely fantastic.
Spoilt for choice in ways of places to eat
Local supermarkets within walking distance.
Bus Stop literally outside the hotel to get to your destination of interest.
I have so much Positive thinks to say about this hotel that it is ongoing..
Fabulous location, really nice loft apartment, lovely hosts and a nice little treat on arrival :-). Best of all, we were permitted to bring our dog for a small fee. The wonderful Beckenham Place Park is a stone's throw away, which is great for kids, dogs, runners etc. The property is really convenient for London, with Ravensbourne station just around the corner.
The location was great. It's a 5min walk to the train station and it's easy to get to London/downtown (about a 20min ride). Beckenham itself is charming, safe, calm, and quiet, even though the apartment is on the main street. Nearby there were restaurants, supermarkets, and coffee shops that came in handy.
They really helped for late checkin, I arrived 1 am and they made sure I will get into my room. Reception staff was very helping to find me correct power adopter since my American adopter was not working at all. Breakfast was good and I got help from staff as well to get a cab from hotel to airport.
The room was lovely, nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and a good choice considering it was continental only - cereals, juice, croissants, pain au chocolates, boiled eggs, ham, cheeses, toast on request. No complaints whatsoever with the hotel. Would highly recommend.
It was okay, not terrible, did feel a little bit uncomfortable as I like spotless places, but as it wasn’t an actual hotel I wasn’t expecting it to be super clean, it was not dirty though, just not spotless, the stay was lovely though and I have no complaints.
-The facilities, bed, bathroom are clean and cozy. Nice hotel with nice view and great location if you want to visit Beckenham (is the only hotel around this area) or to visit London taking a train everyday.
-The staff (NOT the manager) was very friendly.
Perfect location. Just a short drive away from Beckenham high street. Very clean and comfy. House was beautiful. Would definitely recommend. Hosts were fantastic and kept us updated. Everything we needed was there.
Great location, bathroom small but very clean. Quick contact with customer service. Honestly you can not get any cheaper room in the middle of Beckenham than this
Lovely hotel! Staff was very nice, everything was clean and breakfast was good. Location is very well connected to the central London. Great value for the price!
