The whole stay was miserable, the room dirty, the stair carpet dirty. The welcome was via the main Bar of the pub. The promised items were not dealt with for our room. There was a fridge along the corridor for cold mis but no milk. The Restaurant was a grand name for a collection of food available from a frozen source. The system of locking the only connection to the Hotel from the Bedrooms was very alarming. The outside of the place gave a much better description Pub with Rooms, certainly not a luxury Hotel.

Lovely little pub/restaurant with rooms.
Lovely little pub/restaurant with rooms. Shabby from the outside, but lovely staff and fantastic food & good value. Quirky, clean comfortable rooms. Very enjoyable experience. Friendly locals in the bar - very welcoming!
